Policy
Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked and paid online through our website. If you have any questions regarding scheduling don't hesitate to contact us via email or by phone. Any enhancement services should be added on before check out. Any add-ons during service will be paid in-person, either by cash, Zelle, or by Cash App. Pre-Paid Pkg can be purchased online and may cover a session at checkout.
Confirmation: Once you've scheduled your session, you will receive a confirmation via email or text with location and suite number. Please confirm you appointment 24 hrs in advance to avoid any issues .
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule. Rescheduled appointments, will not be charged a fee. Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, and only half of the session price will be refunded. Pkgs will not be returned, if the session is cancelled. Session must be rescheduled or you will lose this credit.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment, without notifying us, you will be charged FULL PRICE for your session, and appointment can no longer be credited to be rescheduled. You will need to re-book and purchase a new appointment.
Late Arrivals: Please contact us in the event of late arrival. Your session will still end at it's scheduled time, with respect to our next client. Or dependent on the delay, we may need to reschedule.
Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, or allergies, prior to your service. As we are not responsible for any contraindications or effects from Health information not disclosed to us.
Sessions are recorded for promotional content; Agreeing to this policy gives the therapist permission to record portions of your service. If you wish not to be recorded, please communicate with you therapist before service, and we will honor that decision.
Our goal is to provide a safe and respectful experience for ALL CLIENTS. All clients are advised to immediately inform the therapist if they feel any uncomfort or pain during service, so that techniques/care plan can be adjusted accordingly.
