Cancellation Policy

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked and paid online only. Any Add-ons during service will be paid in-person, either by cash, Zelle, or by Cash App. Confirmation: Once you've scheduled your session, you will receive a confirmation via email or text. Please confirm you appointment 24 hrs in advance to avoid any issues. Cancellation Policy: We require a 24hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our schedule. Rescheduled appointments, will not be charged a fee. Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, and only half of the session price will be refunded. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up to your appointment, without notifying us, you will be charged FULL PRICE for your session, and appointment can no longer be rescheduled. Late Arrivals: Please contact us in the event of late arrival. Your session will still end at it's scheduled time, with respect to our next client. Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, or allergies, prior to your service. Sessions are recorded for promotional content; Agreeing to this policy gives the therapist permission to record portions of your service. If you wish not to be recorded, please communicate with you therapist before service, and we will honor that decision. All clients are advised to immediately inform the therapist if they feel any uncomfort or pain, so that techniques/care plan can be adjusted accordingly.
